PestShield™ ("we", "us", "our") operates this online store. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Please check your order carefully before you pay. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is made on Shopify's secure checkout page. We do not see or store your card details.

7. Product information and results
The PestShield™ device uses ultrasound designed to help keep common household pests away. It is not a substitute for professional pest control and is not designed to treat an established infestation. Results vary from home to home. Ultrasound does not travel through walls, so we recommend one device per room. Use the device indoors, in a dry location, and stop using it if it is damaged. It is not recommended around hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, or pet mice and rats. If you have a dog or cat, watch how they react over the first few days.

8. Intellectual property
The texts, images and branding on this website belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

11. Changes to these Terms
